How We Structure Each Engagement
Every engagement at Meranti Legal begins with a written letter confirming the scope, fee, and expected timeline. This sets a clear frame around the work — both sides know what is being done, what it costs, and when it will be completed.
Documents are prepared and reviewed internally before submission. Where matters require decisions from the client — such as choices around share structure or directorship arrangements — these are explained clearly before proceeding, not resolved by assumption.
Upon completion, clients receive the statutory documents and registrations that result from the work, along with any advisory deliverables such as written summaries or compliance reports, depending on the service engaged.
